ESMA Bans Binary Options in Europe

Hey Traders,
Europe’s ESMA announced a firm ban on binary options. UK’s FCA says to follow suit. Looks like regulators just dropped a big nuke on binary options. While trading life goes on for countries not regulated by ESMA, FCA, or CYSEC, regulated brokers currently offering binary options to retail traders (like you and me) in Europe will have to end their services within a 2-3 month grace period. In this video, I have an update on this ban on binary options trading, and what options we can look into for those affected residing in Europe. Watch the video till the end to find out what you can do.

P.S. For those in Europe, it’s not the end. Some brokers I’m speaking to are in the midst of dropping their European licenses, or applying for different licenses that will enable them to continue operation. Let me update on this.

P.P.S. ATTN – Binary Lab Elite ETX Promotion – Unfortunately, in view of the sudden announcement by the regulators, and that ETX intends to comply, here are some important points to take note.

  1. You will need to have deposited and made at least 10 trades PRIOR to April 1 to be able to claim this promotion.
  2. If you’ve just opened your account, ETX will still offer binary options trading for the next 6-8 weeks.
  3. If you haven’t deposited, hold back for my update. I’m trying to fix another promo with a different broker.
  4. If you’ve or deposited but think you’re not ready to make trades, please initiate a withdrawal, and we will hopefully put together a quick alternative for you in view of this situation.
